Our feet are literally the foundation upon which we stand. Foot problems from injury, disease, ill-fitting/improper shoes, and everyday wear and tear over the years can compromise mobility. A lack of regular exercise, even as simple as walking, can lead to elevated blood sugar levels, osteoarthritis, weight gain, poor circulation, elevated blood pressure, and a number of other health issues. Decline in health leads to decreased independence and quality of life. The health and comfort of your feet through routine foot assessment and care can help you maintain your mobility, independence, and quality of life.
